Keryflex
Keryflex is a nail restoration system that will help return damaged or fungal nails to a more natural appearance.
How Keryflex Works
A bonding agent is applied to the existing nail. Then a composite resin is applied to the surface of the nail bed and any remaining nail tissue. The provider then remodels the resin to appear like a natural nail. A special ultraviolet light is used to cure the new Keryflex nail. The underlying natural nail can continue to grow underneath the Keryflex nail. It is a painless application that takes about 30 minutes.
Conditions that can benefit from Keryflex
- Nails damaged from trauma
- Deformed nails caused by a surgical procedure
- Nails that are not growing out
- Fungal nails undergoing treatment
After a Keryflex application, nail polish can be applied to the nail directly after the procedure.
Keryflex is not a cure for fungal nails, and it’s purely a cosmetic procedure intended to improve the outward appearance of a nail.
